Water Extraction Xperts handles one job: getting water out of homes and drying them properly. Burst pipes, failed water heaters, overflowing appliances, storm water and flooded basements.

Who answers

Calls are routed to an independent, licensed crew near you that specialises in extraction and drying. Pricing over the phone costs nothing, and the crew starts only once you have agreed a written quote.

How we work

• Stop the source before anything else.
• Get the water out fast, then dry what can be dried.
• Prove it is dry with readings, not a guess.
• Write the price down first.

What we don't do

Extraction and drying are the job. Rebuilding walls, laying new flooring and mold remediation are separate trades.
