Terms of Use
How waterextractionxperts.com works and what it promises.
These terms apply from October 2026.
What this site is
Water Extraction Xperts operates waterextractionxperts.com as a referral service. When water gets into a home, the site puts the owner in touch with an independent, licensed extraction and drying crew nearby. We do not send our own crews. The crew you hire gives the quote, does the work and stands behind it.
About the prices
Figures on these pages describe typical jobs and are estimates only. They are not offers. Your crew prices your job after measuring how far the water spread.
Phone calls
Calls placed through this site can be recorded. Each call is passed to a crew that works in your area, and crews may pay us a fee for the introduction.
Limits
Everything published here is general information with no warranty attached. Where the law allows it, we take no responsibility for the work of independent crews or for choices made after reading these pages.
