Our Process
Seven steps between water on the floor and a dry house.
Whatever the source and whatever the floor, every extraction call follows the same order.
You call
Tell us where the water is coming from, which rooms and floors are wet, and roughly how long it has been there. You hear an estimated range and what to do before the crew arrives.
The source is stopped
The supply is shut off or the leak cut off, and power to wet rooms is made safe at the breaker.
The water is typed
Clean supply water, gray water from appliances and dirty storm or sewer water each get handled differently, so the source decides the plan.
Standing water is pumped out
Submersible pumps and hoses clear inches of water from basements, garages and rooms.
Floors are extracted
Weighted extraction tools press water out of carpet and pad, and hard floors are cleared with squeegee wands.
You approve the drying plan
The wet areas are measured, then the drying scope and estimated cost are written up as a quote that you sign off first.
It is dried and proven
Air movers and dehumidifiers run, readings are taken on each visit, and the equipment leaves when the materials read dry.
